On the homepage, the first fold doesn’t clearly state Laatukoru’s offer, lacks clarity, lacks social proof, and there are no motivational elements to encourage visitors to explore further.
On Collection pages, instead of scrolling, users are using the internal search bar. We also observed that filters are highly used on CLPs, but users find them challenging to use effectively.
Users greatly appreciate the product images, but there are concerns regarding the size, appearance, and quality of the products. Since the products are expensive, users want to be sure and get as much information they can.
Users have difficulty navigating the site and switching between different sections, categories and types of products.
After the client approves the design, we move forward with the development of the test. This process typically takes around five days, including the quality assurance (QA) process. Once complete, we share a preview link with the client.
