Client problem

Tru Earth originates in Canada. They built their website for many years through various tests and experiments to maximize conversions. The website was a custom build and had tons of customizations, styles, and unique UI/UX.

The client wanted us to build a Shopify turn-key solution that will provide the exact same UI and UX. Shopify is well known for ease of use for users with no coding skills. But this comes with its limitations. Sometimes it is a challenge to provide some exact solution with Shopify. It requires analysis of plenty of apps and implementations and selection of the best approaches. The client did not want to be involved directly in the management of the process but wanted the team to deliver the result in an independent manner.

Solution

The strength of our team is to address the client's problem as our own and to deliver the most efficient result possible. So we have started by analyzing the client's business and the website. We get to know all the marketing requirements, logistics requirements, and UI requirements of the website.

Step by step we have built a new theme and provided a set of custom solutions and existing apps to deliver the UX matching the client's current website. 

We have thought through not only the purchasing experience but also made sure that the client's team is okay with admin features and logistics, financial implementations as well as website updates and management.
